Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features and we prorate the charge. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are billed monthly with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time and your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. We also offer annual billing with a 20% discount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can pay via purchase order with NET-30 terms. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. ThynkBooks is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. Your data is backed up every hour with point-in-time recovery. Enterprise plans include the option for on-premise or private cloud deployment.

Do you offer discounts for CAs with fewer clients?

Yes. If you manage fewer than 15 entities, contact our sales team for a tailored CA Partner plan. We also offer special pricing for ICAI members and CA student associations.
